Is counselling/therapy for me?
Counselling or psychotherapy provides the opportunity to talk face to face with a qualified therapist about various issues such as: anxiety, depression, stress, addiction, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, relationship issues, family crisis, trauma or anger management.
You may also want to use therapy for your own personal development.

The terms counselling and psychotherapy are often used interchangeably, although counselling sometimes refers to shorter-term treatment and psychotherapy to longer-term treatment.
