Counselling in Woodbridge

NEWS: I will be resuming face-to face counselling sessions from Monday 6th July 2020. I will be taking measures to ensure that our sessions are as risk free as possible in terms of Covid-19, but it is important to stress that if you are happy for sessions to take place remotely, via video, phone or email*, that is the safer option for the time being.
People can benefit from counselling for a wide range of reasons; to deal with thoughts, feelings and behaviours that may be causing distress; for support in times of difficulty, such as bereavement, divorce or unemployment; or to seek greater self-awareness and fulfilment in life, enabling growth and deeper understanding.
It is not always easy to speak to friends or family about difficult or personal issues and it can help to speak to a counsellor who will not judge you or tell you what to do. Counselling can give you the opportunity to be heard and to find clarity to enable you to make your own decisions, all in a supportive and confidential environment.
